Prior
to eBdesk, Pramudia had been working over 6
years (1988 - 1994) in various companies in
UK, before he co-founded Vision.net (ISP, 1995).

Currently,
he is also commissioner in MVision, a mobile
commerce service provider, and also share holder
of several companies such as SBI, a crewing
agent for Holland America Line, and OBL, Orient
Bulk Line. He has graduated from King College,
University of London.

M. Ridwan Prasetyarto,
CEO - Chief Executive Officer
Co-founder
Ridwan Prasetyarto is CEO and he co-founded
eBdesk in 1998. He has over 12 years of experience
of technology and management positions.

|
Prior
to eBdesk, Ridwan was CTO (1995 - 1998) and
co-founder of Optima, a software service and
system integrator company.He led many technology
development including product and project development,
counted more than 40 software projects in various
sectors. He also has experienced as Finance
Director (1996-1998) and co-founder of Elganet,
an Internet Service Provider. Ridwan Prasetyarto
holds a Bachelor degree in informatics from
Bandung Institute of Technology.

Iqbaly
Noor brings with him over 11 years of experience
in sales, marketing, and technology consulting.
Prior to eBdesk, Iqbaly was the co-founder and

director of Optima Universal Infocitra (1995-1999),
IT solutions provider for private sectors and
government institution in Indonesia as leader
in Management Service Provider. M. Iqbaly Noor
has a Bachelor degree from Bandung Institute
of Technology.

Zamrudin Solichin
has over 11 years of experience in
project,
product development and control. Prior to eBdesk,
Zamrudin was Technology

Manager
at PT Optima Infocitra Universal (1997-1999).
He also has experience as Project Controller
at PT Wijaya Karya (1995-1997). Zamrudin Solichin
holds Master in Software Engineering from Bandung
Institute of Technology.
