MyDesk
(1) is frontpage or first page to be displayed
to users, and possibly the most important
page since it will show selection of channels
from various sources. eBdesk provides channels
from eBdesk applications (2), prebuilt channels
from eBdesk SDK (3), and users can create
unlimited channels with eBdesk SDK or other
development tools.

Administration
Many
administrative features have been delegated
to each applications, for example creating
new content categories, forum boards management,
news categories, chat room, sharing information.
Delegated administration is important thing
for big corporations with thousands of users,
separated places and organizations, that can
be impossible to handle by centralized administrators.
There
are several jobs to do at portal level such
