Organization and Group

eBdesk covers formal organizations (finance, marketing, production) as well as informal groups (project, club, hobby) in a company. All information can be shared between organizations, even with organizations in other companies (domains / servers / databases). Then, users can only see information from shared organizations and groups. 

 

Role management

Role is set of application privileges. Administrator can create, assign, edit, delete role for groups / organizations, then users can only access and use applications according to their roles.

System Administration

System administration handles everything related to portal infrastructure such as users management, database management (backup, restore, repair), server management, domain management.


System Monitoring

Using system monitoring, administrator can view disk usage, hit rates to pages, user's activity, groups activity, and
