Most basic customization such as selecting internet channels, portal design-style, page properties (color, logo, theme, button, layout, etc) and other personalization can be done easily by users with standard & predefined personalize tools that included in product package. 

For advanced customization related to application, eBdesk provides SDK (Software Development Kit) and API (Application Programming Interface) that companies can utilize to match with their requirements. Connecting to legacy systems, build new internet channels, reports, graphs, forms, and integrating with other products, can be done with these tools.
