Installation
eBdesk
is a portal in a box. The box consists of CD
installer, Administrator Guide (hard copy),
User Guide (hard copy). CD installer comes with
applications and all Acrobat pdf files of eBdesk's
guides. Even you are possible to implement it
in relatively free infrastructure with Linux
Operating System, Apache Webserver, MySQL Database.
For the rapidly growing Linux O/S, eBdesk will
give special attention to help new customers
install the application. At limited locations,
a free first installation will be given, though
in most circumstances you can manage it yourself
easily, in only 15 minutes (average).
In the case of geographic constraint, we can
help you to install and setup by online remote
support, as long as you give us the access.
The packages :
Training
eBdesk
provides a full set of guides for the administrators,
users and programmers. At limited case, for
first installation, free training for administrators
& trainers will be given. On special request,
eBdesk (and education partners) will provide
its experts.
With
big vendors such as IBM, HP, Dell, Compaq, Sun
and many others give special attention to Linux,
eBdesk and partners give special training on
Linux, beside main eBdesk application. We realize
that for some people, Linux is hard to learn,
